Inadequate room cleaning frequency!!! Terrible experience with unpleasant smells from bathroom plumbing!!! Limited desk space for work and overall small room sizes, quite constricting for longer stays!!! Internet speed issues during peak times, frustrating when trying to catch up on things!!!

the location is perfect. just across from the train station, making it easy to access attractions and restaurants. the staff were incredibly helpful, especially during check-in, which set a positive tone for my stay.

the lengthy wait for room service via the app was a bit frustrating. Nonetheless, the location directly across from the main train station made it easy to explore the city and reach Lake Geneva within minutes.

interesting design

It was just a smart choice for an overnight stay in Geneva with very good value for money. The interesting design of the hotel added a unique touch to my experience. Be aware that the bathroom sink drainage might give off an unpleasant smell.

The Deluxe Room was cozy and had solid soundproofing, which made my sleep peaceful despite being in the city center. Loved the cool code entry, it made coming and going super easy. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious and had great lighting, which was a nice touch. Just remember, the room itself is pretty tiny, but it worked for me.
